All of our products are made to order. Each product’s production time differs so please refer to this on the individual products page, remembering to calculate this in before shipping.
However, if you would like a more specific turn around time regarding your online order status please contact us, using our contact form here with your order number and we will be able to provide an estimate for you.
Returns
No refunds or replacement’s can be issued when an incorrect delivery adress has been provided. In addition, please ensure you enter the correct address and postcode at the checkout process.
We have a no returns policy only. We are unable to offer returns on made to order products nor we can accept returns on accessoires, including veils for hygiene reasons.
